Mission: Working towards a “Safer” community for our schools, by better improving the ways that we communicate for clear and error-free communication.
How it started
As a student and community member, I have seen that clear communication solves many of society’s problems. I also noticed that pre-COVID and during COVID, communication of health data is a large part of how we keep our schools safe for the students and staff.
From sending out paper slips to every parent whose child is in the same class with someone with a peanut allergy, to manually sending out emails for reported COVID cases, our current processes take lots of time and oftentimes have a lot of room for error. We live in an age where we have the ability and resources to automate this process.
I wanted to build a solution for this problem, and I realized that this was possible with the help of technology. Easy, clear, and automated communication can be made a reality with a mobile app – with intuitive and simple data entry, as well as notifications for receiving information.
